Standard Payment Terms: PetSmart pays its vendors for goods or services at net fifty (50) days unless a vendor offers a cash discount for earlier payment. If a cash discount is offered, it is negotiated separately with the vendor and PetSmart expects to receive discount terms that are consistent with the current market. PetSmart also reserves the right to negotiate revised payment terms if required by market or other economic changes.
